This 4 week group focuses on:

Working in a small group with people who want to set goals and achieve them. The maximum per 4 week group is 10 people.
Identifying and committing to working on a goal.

You learn how your subconscious is formed and how your habits set you up for success and failure.
You learn proven techniques to make long-term change
You receive a built in accountability community and personalized support to help keep you going.
You get a one-on-one session with me to help challenge you and reframe your mindset. *EMDR may be recommended and incorporated.
