Confident Woman

Therapy can feel like a huge cost –especially when you’ve got a family and other obligations to take care of.

Investing in therapy might feel like a selfish thing to do – but when you’re feeling healthy and empowered, your partner and kids will too. You are, after all, the heart and soul of your family and you can’t pour from an empty cup, so I invite you to go on a journey towards more love – for your kids, for your family and, ultimately, for yourself.

While many clients stay with me for a long time (12-15 months), my goal isn’t to work with you forever, but to encourage you to build confidence and learn the tools and strategies to get you on your way.

I want you to know that when you commit to therapy, I’ll commit to you and to helping you achieve your goals.

What are my options if I can’t afford therapy?

There are several community agencies and local clinics which offer therapy within your price point. One website that may be of help is Open Path Collective. I am not affiliated with this service, however I have heard many people find success with this resource.
