Is EMDR-Based Group Coaching Right for You? How to Know If You’re a Fit for the Aligned Motherhood Circle
Joining a group coaching program—especially one as intimate and curated as the Aligned Motherhood Circle—is more than signing up for a set of calls.
It’s a commitment to yourself.
It’s an investment in your growth.
And it’s a promise to show up - for you AND for the other women in the group.
Because of this, not everyone is a fit for this space—and that’s intentional.
Joining a group coaching program—especially one as intimate and curated as the Aligned Motherhood Circle—is more than signing up for a set of calls.
It’s a conscious choice to create space for yourself.
It’s an invitation to slow down enough to hear your own thoughts again.
And it’s a promise to step away from the culture of constant doing so you can finally reconnect with your being.
This is not a space for hustle, grinding, or pushing yourself to the brink.
The Aligned Motherhood Circle is a carefully held container where high-performing women come to regulate their nervous systems, soften their edges, and learn to live from a place of alignment rather than urgency.
Because of this, not everyone will be a fit—and that’s intentional.
If you’re curious whether this program is for you, let’s get clear on who will thrive here—and who will not.
Introduction to the Aligned Motherhood Group Coaching Program
Joining a group coaching program—especially one as intimate and curated as the Aligned Motherhood Circle—is more than signing up for a set of calls.
It’s a conscious choice to create space for yourself.
It’s an invitation to slow down enough to hear your own thoughts again.
And it’s a promise to step away from the culture of constant doing so that you can finally reconnect with your being.
If you’re curious whether this program is for you, let’s get clear on who will thrive here, and who will not.
Who Thrives in the Aligned Motherhood Circle
If you see yourself in the following descriptions, you’re likely the kind of woman who will flourish in this space.
1. You’re Open to Learning and Trying New Tools
You may have done therapy, read the books, and tried meditation, but you’re still curious.
You’re open to new approaches, willing to explore EMDR-informed techniques, and ready to experiment with practices that help you feel rather than just think.
Here, we focus on tools that support your nervous system, encourage presence, and invite slowing down, not more “shoulds” for your to-do list.
2. You Understand the Value of Investing in Yourself
You know that your well-being is the foundation for everything else—your work, your relationships, your parenting, your health.
You see investment in yourself not as indulgence, but as a necessity.
You understand that true change requires commitment - time, energy, and yes, financial resources—and you’re willing to invest because you value ease and flow over stress and struggle.
3. You Take Ownership of Your Results
This space offers tools, guidance, and community - but YOU are the one who integrates the work into your life.
You understand that transformation comes from learning to see your own value and embrace that you are enough.
You understand and want to embrace a life where you show up consistently, without having to push harder.
Here, ownership doesn’t mean “working yourself into the ground.” It means showing up with presence, applying what you learn, and honoring your pace.
4. You Bring Positive, Respectful Energy
I protect the energy of this group like the sanctuary it is. Members show up with curiosity, compassion, and respect - for themselves and for each other.
You celebrate other women’s wins, even when your path looks different.
You understand that this is a shared space for healing and growth, not competition or comparison.
5. You’re Ready to Redefine Success on Your Own Terms
This group is for women who are done with hustle culture and the constant pressure to achieve at all costs.
You’re ready to:
Release the belief that your worth is tied to productivity.
Learn how to rest without guilt.
Shift from doing more to being more present.
Who This Program Is NOT For
Because we’re intentional about who enters this space, there are some clear situations where this program isn’t a fit.
1. You’re Looking for Free Services or a Handout
This is a premium, high-touch coaching container. If you are not willing or able to invest in yourself, or if you expect therapeutic-level services without paying for them, this is not the right space for you.
We welcome women who value the exchange of energy and resources, and who understand that transformation thrives when you have a meaningful stake in the process.
2. You’re Unwilling to Do the Work (Even Gently)
This is not a push-hard, no-pain-no-gain kind of program. But it does require you to engage.
If you sign up for programs but never follow through, or if you want someone else to “fix” you without you participating, this is not your group.
Our work here is steady, intentional, and deeply nourishing—but it still asks for your presence and your willingness to show up for yourself.
I work with women who see the value in the tools, guidance, and community offered here.
3. You Bring Consistent Negativity or Complaining
We all have struggles, and this is a safe space to share them. But constant complaining without openness to solutions drains the group energy.
If your default is to focus on what’s wrong rather than what’s possible, this space will feel misaligned for you. We hold a supportive, forward-focused energy here.
4. You’re in Crisis or Need Therapy
If you are currently experiencing acute trauma, severe depression, or a mental health emergency, you deserve specialized therapeutic support.
This group is not therapy - it’s coaching. While I do use EMDR-informed strategies for growth and regulation, I do not process traumatic memories or diagnose mental health conditions here.
Why This Clarity Matters
This group’s magic comes from the fact that it’s filled with women who want the same thing: ease, alignment, and authentic connection.
When everyone in the room is committed to slowing down, being present, and creating change without burning out, the group becomes a source of nourishment rather than pressure.
By being selective about who joins, I protect that energy for everyone inside.

This is not for everyone. But for the right woman, it’s life-changing.
If you’re ready to:
